The Baader 51 is a skinning machine for processing all types of white fish and salmon. The machines design incorporates the use of traditional skinning.
The traditional method gently removes the outer skin, while leaving the silver mirror surface intact. If deep skinning is desired, the transition from traditional skinning can be carried out in just a few minutes. Once the machine is set up for deep skinning, an oscillating blade removes the skin, along with the fatty layer connected to the muscle tissue delivering high yield, pristine fillets every time.
Only used on fresh water.
Very low running hours.
Suitable for salmon or white fish.
